Old storage heaters charge overnight and let out heat whether you want it or not. The NEOS heats on demand, room by room. You are in control.
How long does installation take?
Most homes are done in under a day. Our engineers handle the electrical work at the board and fit each radiator. No mess, no fuss.
Will it work on my current tariff?
Yes. The NEOS works on any standard tariff. You do not need Economy 7. In fact, a flat-rate tariff is the best option for the NEOS, not Economy 7.
What is the 25-year guarantee?
We cover the product and parts for 25 years. Because we manufacture in Britain, we can honour that promise directly.
What is the 100-day warmth guarantee?
