This promotion is a promotional discount mechanic. It is not a lottery, a prize draw, a bet, a gaming machine or any other form of gambling within the meaning of the Gambling Act 2005. No money or money's worth may be staked, won or lost. Playing is completely free. You do not need to buy anything, pay anything or place an order to play. Everyone who plays receives a discount on NEOS electric radiators. The lowest is 10% and the highest is 20%, and an advisor may add up to 5% more on a scratch card, capped at 20% in total. There are no losing outcomes. The game discount applies to NEOS electric radiators only. It does not apply to Water Solutions, thermostats, controls, accessories or electrical works. One play per person. One game discount per order. Apart from a scratch card given to you by an advisor, your discount cannot be combined with any other discount, offer or promotional price, including any separate offer on Water Solutions. You must choose one. The discounts only apply if you go ahead with your order. Open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 or over. 1. The promoter and who can take part 1.1 The promoter is Trust Electric Heating Ltd, Unit 12, Elmfield Business Park, Garforth, LS25 2JY, registered in England, company number 09019006 ("Trust Electric Heating", "we", "us").1.2 If you have a question about this promotion, email info@trustelectricheating.co.uk or ring 0800 5999 109 .1.3 The promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 or over at the time they take part.1.4 To take part you must register with your name and a valid email address. You may also give us a phone number and your region.1.5 Employees of Trust Electric Heating, members of their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion may not take part.1.6 One play per person and per household. Registering more than once, including with different email addresses, will be treated as a single entry, and any additional plays will be void.1.7 Only one game discount may be redeemed per customer and per order.1.8 The discounts are personal to you. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other form of consideration.2. Free to play, and not a gambling product 2.1 Taking part is free. No purchase, payment, deposit, stake, wager or other consideration of any kind is required in order to register or to play.2.2 Every participant receives a discount. There is no outcome in which a participant receives nothing, and nothing can be lost by taking part.2.3 This promotion is a promotional discount mechanic. It is not a lottery, a prize draw, a bet, a gaming machine or any other form of gambling within the meaning of the Gambling Act 2005. No money or money's worth may be staked, won or lost.2.4 The on-screen reels are a visual device, used for entertainment only. A discount is the sole outcome of the game.2.5 The discounts have no cash value. They may only be set against the purchase of qualifying goods from Trust Electric Heating, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money.2.6 This promotion is not directed at, and is not available to, anyone under the age of 18.2.7 The scratch cards described in section 3 are also free. They require no purchase, no payment and no stake, and they can only add to a discount you already hold. Nothing can be lost by scratching one.3. How the game works 3.1 Once you have registered you will receive one play. A play is one game of three spins, and only your best result counts.3.2 Each time you spin, three reels come to rest. The symbols they land on show the discount you receive.3.3 The outcome of each play is determined at random by our system at the start of the play, and is final. How or when you press SPIN does not change it. Replaying the game and repeat registrations are not permitted, and any discount obtained that way will be void.3.4 Your discount is shown on screen straight away, with a unique reference. You will need that reference to redeem the discount.3.5 Every play wins a discount, so the lowest discount available from the game is 10%. 3.6 The probabilities in the final column apply to every individual play. They are fixed for the duration of the promotion and are not varied by reference to any participant, the value of any order, or any other factor.Scratch cards 3.7 During your free home comfort review, a Trust Electric Heating advisor may give you a scratch card.3.8 Scratch cards are free. You do not need to buy anything, or to place an order, in order to receive one or to use it.3.9 A scratch card carries an additional discount of up to 5%.3.10 A scratch card discount is added to the discount you received from the game. It is the only discount that may be combined with your game discount.3.11 The combined total of your game discount and any scratch card discount is capped at 20%. Where the two together would come to more than 20%, the discount applied to your order will be 20%.3.12 If your game discount is already 20%, a scratch card will not increase it any further.4. What the discounts apply to 4.1 The game discount applies to NEOS electric radiators only.4.2 The game discount does not apply to any other item, including but not limited to Water Solutions, thermostats, relay units, controls, accessories, add-ons and supplementary parts, delivery charges, and electrical works carried out by a third party.4.3 Each discount is calculated on the price of the qualifying goods as itemised on your estimate, and not on the order total.4.4 The discounts are applied at order level and will be shown on your estimate, order confirmation or invoice, as applicable.4.5 The discounts cannot be applied to an order placed or confirmed before the start of the promotional period.5. Promotional period 5.1 Early access opens at 00:01 on 16 October 2026 and is available only to people who have joined the Trust Royale Early Access list and received their invitation.5.2 The promotion opens to everyone else at 00:01 on 26 October 2026.5.3 Registration and play close at 23:59 on 30 November 2026.5.4 To use your discounts you must book a free home comfort review on or before 30 November 2026.5.5 All times given are UK time.6. Redeeming your discounts 6.1 Quote your unique reference when you book your free home comfort review, and again when you confirm your order.6.2 The discounts are only applied to an order you go ahead with. They are not a voucher or a credit note, they have no value in themselves, and nothing is payable to you if you decide not to proceed.6.3 A scratch card issued under section 3 is the only discount that may be added to your game discount, and the two together are capped at 20%. Subject to that, the discounts cannot be combined with, or used alongside, any other discount, offer or promotional price. If your estimate already carries a discount or promotional pricing, including any separate offer on Water Solutions, these discounts cannot be added on top of it. Where more than one discount would otherwise apply you must choose one, and you may take whichever is the more favourable to you.6.4 We may remove a discount if an order is amended so that it no longer meets the eligibility criteria, or if a different discount is applied to it.6.5 If you cancel your order and place a new one after the promotion has closed, the discounts will not carry over to the new order.7. Data protection and privacy 7.1 All personal data collected in connection with this promotion is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and Trust Electric Heating's Privacy Policy.7.2 We collect your name and email address, and your phone number and region if you give them, in order to administer the promotion, confirm your eligibility, and issue and redeem your discounts.7.3 We will use your details to contact you about this promotion and about any order you place. We will only send you other marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us.7.4 We will not share your personal data with any third party except where it is necessary in order to fulfil your order, or where we are required to do so by law.7.5 Trust Electric Heating Ltd is the data controller. Our Privacy Policy, which sets out your rights including your rights of access, correction and erasure, is available at trustelectricheating.co.uk/privacy-policy .8. Liability, acceptance and governing law 8.1 We may modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time where it is reasonable to do so. Where we do, we will give reasonable notice, and we will honour discounts already issued wherever it is practicable to do so.8.2 We are not liable for any failure to register, play or redeem that is caused by technical faults, network failures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.8.3 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.8.4 All orders remain subject to Trust Electric Heating's standard terms of sale, including those covering payment, lead times, delivery, cancellation and returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.8.5 By registering and playing, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.8.6 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
